摘要： In an approach to improve enhancing advertising effectiveness in a virtual environment, embodiments identify placement context for an identified advertisement in a predetermined area in a virtual world based on received advertisements, visual data from a user, identified contextual data, and the identified objects in the predetermined area. Further, embodiments associate the advertisement and the placement context with a priming event or an object, wherein the object is an object associated with the advertisement, and select, for the user in the virtual world, a timing and position of the priming event or the object in a presentation window. Additionally, embodiments present, by a client computer through a user interface, the priming event or the object when the user is within the presentation window.

摘要： A system and method of visually displaying healthcare protocols to a user receives from the user, via an electronic communications network, search term(s) associated with a health-related condition. A corpus of document(s) stored in an electronic format is identified with a computer and, based on the search term(s), at least one of the document(s) is analyzed with the computer for a treatment protocol associated with the health-related condition. First content for presentation to the user is determined with the computer, the first content including at least a portion of the treatment protocol associated with the health-related condition. A risk value indicative of risk(s) associated with the first content is determined. In response to a determination that the risk value exceeds the risk threshold, second content for presentation is determined by reformatting the first content. A message is sent causing the second content to be visually displayed to the user.

摘要： To obtain meaningful computational results despite limits on the amount of data that can be input to a quantum computer, a data selection system uses an iterative approach to select a suitable subset of data to be input to a quantum device for processing by a quantum algorithm. The system compresses and clusters a data set according to a task-specific distribution criteria and selects a subset of this clustered data corresponding to representative cases of the data. The selected subset is processed by the quantum device and the system generates a metric score based on the degree to which the results satisfy a performance criterion. The selected subset is refined over multiple iterations based on successive metric scores until a termination criterion is reached, and the final selected subset of data is used as input to the quantum computer for execution of the processing task.
