    Abstract: A switching device determines a video parameter value of a switching point of a first video stream, and determines a video parameter value of a switching point of a second video stream. The video parameter value includes a timestamp and/or a sequence number. The switching device determines an audio parameter value of a switching point of a first audio stream based on a timestamp of the switching point of the first video stream, and determines an audio parameter value of a switching point of a second audio stream based on a timestamp of the switching point of the second video stream. The audio parameter value includes a timestamp and/or a sequence number. The switching device performs switching based on determined switching points.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an animation effect display method and an electronic device, and relate to the field of electronic technologies. According to the animation effect display method provided in an embodiment of this application, before an animation effect is displayed, a UI thread of an application, or a rendering thread of the application, or a rendering process determines controls whose properties change in duration of the animation effect, and determines properties of controls on an interface of each frame, and then the rendering thread of the application or the rendering process generates, based on the properties of the controls on the interface of each frame, a bitmap corresponding to the interface of the frame. Because the properties like sizes and locations of the controls on the interface of each frame are determined before the animation effect is displayed, the UI thread does not need to perform measurement, layout, and drawing and recording (recording) on the interface of each frame, so that display of the animation effect is not affected by UI thread blocking.

    Abstract: A rectifier and an electrical power facility in which the rectifier is disposed are provided that relate to the field of electromechanical technologies. The rectifier includes a rectifier circuit, a relay, and a controller.
