    Abstract: An Internet of things (IoT) system includes a user device for receiving a user setting mode execution command, a sensor for acquiring surrounding environment information based on the user setting mode upon receiving the user setting mode execution command from the user device, and a server device for determining a composite hazard index of environmental conditions based on the acquired environment information and prestored hazard index data and determining that the environmental conditions are hazardous if the composite hazard index is less than a predetermined reference value.

    Abstract: A interior door handle includes one end portion connected to a door trim to form a hinge point, and a push surface which is pushed down by a finger is formed at a position spaced apart from the hinge point. A push grip is rotated around the hinge point by a force applied to the push surface to release locking of a door latch. As a result, the door is conveniently opened by only one-touch push operation, and, in particular, occupants having a relatively weak joint or finger disability can manipulate the door open by only the one-touch push operation of pressing the push surface down.

    Abstract: A method for controlling operation of an internet of things device includes: controlling, by a processor, a first device to be in an on state and controlling the processor to be in a sleep mode when the processor determines that a user is located outside a place object; receiving, by the processor, a control signal from the first device and waking up to an operation mode; controlling, by the processor, a second device to be in an on state, wherein the second device is installed in an entrance side of the place object and detects a user's entry into the place object; controlling, by the processor, the processor to be connected to an external control device, controlling the first device and the second device to be in an off state, and controlling a third device to be in an on state when the user's entry into the place object is detected; and detecting, by the processor, whether the user is located inside the place object using an output of the third device.

    Abstract: An autonomous driving system having an autonomous driving assistance apparatus includes: a gateway unit wirelessly communicating with a router among a plurality of routers installed in an autonomous driving road; a signal processing unit providing identification information of a vehicle at the time of setting a wireless communication link with each router and providing driving path information of the vehicle to the router every set cycle; a path tracking unit determining a speed, a progress direction, and a steering angle of the vehicle included in the driving path information so as to drive the vehicle based on driving path information; a speed control unit controlling a speed of the vehicle based on the speed determined by the path tracking unit; and a steering angle control unit controlling a steering angle of the vehicle based on the progress direction and steering angle determined by the path tracking unit.

    Abstract: A system for operating a gate of a vehicle may include a laser diode unit that shows step positions for operating the gate by radiating a plurality of laser points onto the ground, an ultrasonic wave sensor unit that measures the distance between the bottom of the rear bumper and the step positions and senses step input from a change in the distance due to the user stepping on the step positions, a gate driving unit that opens/closes the gate, using a driving part, and a control unit that controls the opening/closing operation of the gate driving unit on the basis of information on a step-on status kept for a predetermined time by the user which may be found by the ultrasonic wave sensor unit.
