Abstract: A polar code segment encoding method and a related apparatus are disclosed, and the method includes: determining, based on an information bit quantity of a first information bit sequence and a first code rate, a target code length for polar code encoding; determining an initial code length based on the target code length, where the initial code length is an integer multiple of a smallest segment code length; dividing the first information bit sequence into S segments of information bit sequences based on the first code rate and the initial code length and when the initial code length is different from the target code length, performing rate matching on the S segments in a process of performing polar code encoding on the S segments of information bit sequences, where a sum of segment code lengths of the S segments is the target code length after the rate matching.

Abstract: This application relates to the field of wireless communication technologies. A terminal device receives configuration information, which indicates that one first combination is mapped to a plurality of downlink reference signals, and one first combination is mapped to a plurality of second combinations. The terminal device then determines a mapping relationship between a first combination and downlink reference signals, a mapping relationship between a first combination and second combinations, and a mapping relationship between second combinations and downlink reference signals based on the configuration information. Next, a first preamble is sent on a first RO included in a first combination, and a first uplink reference signal is sent on a first PO included in a second combination. The selected first combination has a mapping relationship with the selected second combination. A selected downlink reference signal group is indicated by the selected first combination.

Abstract: A HARQ-ACK transmission method and an apparatus. A network device configures at least two common PUCCH resource sets for a terminal device, and sends, to the terminal device, configuration information indicating the at least two common PUCCH resource sets. After receiving the configuration information from the network device, the terminal device determines, from the at least two common PUCCH resource sets, a first PUCCH resource used to send HARQ-ACK information, and sends the HARQ-ACK information to the network device based on the first PUCCH resource. Available PUCCH frequency domain resources are able to be added for the terminal device in a same slot. PUCCH frequency domain resource collision is reduced, and a transmission delay that is increased to avoid the PUCCH frequency domain resource collision is reduced.

Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method and apparatus, to reduce terminal power consumption and ensure transmission reliability during uplink data transmission. The method includes: A terminal transmits first uplink data to a network device on a non-dynamically scheduled resource. The terminal receives response information for the first uplink data from the network device, where the response information is used to indicate whether the first uplink data is successfully received. The response information is further used to indicate whether the terminal monitors a physical downlink control channel PDCCH under a configured condition. If the response information indicates the terminal not to monitor the PDCCH under the configured condition, the response information may be further used to indicate to transmit second uplink data by using the non-dynamically scheduled resource under the configured condition.

Abstract: This application provides a method for sending and receiving control information, an apparatus, and a system. A transmit end sends control information on a data channel, so that a receive end does not need to monitor a control channel through blind detection within a period of time that is after the receive end receives the control information. This can reduce power consumption of the receive end, and also reduce detection complexity caused by blind detection. In addition, attribute information of a demodulation reference signal (DMRS), a start position of a time domain resource and/or a frequency domain resource occupied by the data channel, or a parameter in semi-persistent transmission (SPS) information is used to indicate whether the control information is carried on the data channel. In this way, the receive end can correctly receive the control information, and signaling overheads can be effectively reduced.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a random access method, an apparatus, and a system. A terminal device receives, from a network device, information about a PRACH resource set and information about one or more PUSCH resources associated with each PRACH resource in the PRACH resource set. If a first PUSCH resource associated with a valid first PRACH resource in the PRACH resource set is valid, the terminal device sends a first preamble sequence to the network device on the first PRACH resource, and sends uplink data to the network device on the first PUSCH resource. The network device receives the first preamble sequence from the terminal device on the first PRACH resource, and receives the uplink data from the terminal device on the first PUSCH resource. The first preamble sequence is a preamble sequence in a preamble sequence set associated with the first PUSCH resource.

Abstract: This application discloses a communication method and an apparatus. A principle of the method is as follows: A spreading factor of a spreading block is adjusted based on available resource elements REs in a time-frequency resource block, then, the spreading block is generated by using the adjusted spreading factor, and finally, the generated spreading block is mapped to the available resource elements in the time-frequency resource block for sending. In this way, a requirement that “locations of spreading blocks of a plurality of users need to be aligned” can be satisfied, and no complex symbol is discarded, so that detection performance of the spreading blocks is ensured.
