    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to transmission methods and apparatuses in Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs). One example method for indicating transmission opportunity (TXOP) duration in a wireless communication system, comprising generating, by a TXOP holder, a physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU), where the High Efficiency Signal field A (HE-SIGA) in the PPDU carries a TXOP duration field, the TXOP duration field is used to indicate the remaining time for using the channel by the station to other stations, the TXOP duration field includes a first part which is used to indicate the granularity used, and a second part which is used to indicate the TXOP duration using the granularity indicated by the first part, and sending the generated PPDU.

    Abstract: A beam training method and a related device are disclosed. The method includes: sending, by a first communications device, sidelink control information (SCI) to a second communications device, where the SCI is used to instruct the first communications device to send at least one channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) to the second communications device; and sending, by the first communications device, the at least one CSI-RS to the second communications device based on the SCI, where the at least one CSI-RS is used by the second communications device to determine that a beam corresponding to a CSI-RS with highest signal strength in the at least one CSI-RS is a beam for communication between the second communications device and the first communications device. The CSI-RS used for beam training is dynamically sent based on the instruction of the SCI, and therefore, flexibility and efficiency of beam training are improved.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a signal transmission method and a device. The method includes: performing, by a network device, idle carrier sense in a downlink beam direction when a predefined sending time of each synchronization frame in a synchronization frame set arrives, where the synchronization frame set includes N synchronization frames, and each synchronization frame includes at least one synchronization signal block; and sending a synchronization signal block to a terminal in the downlink beam direction in a synchronization frame in which idle carrier sense succeeds, where the synchronization signal block includes a synchronization signal. The network device performs idle carrier sense in the downlink beam direction when the predefined sending time of each synchronization frame arrives, and sends the synchronization signal block including the synchronization signal in the downlink beam direction in the synchronization frame in which idle carrier sense succeeds.

    Abstract: This application discloses a beam training method, a communication device, a chip system, and a storage medium. The method includes: performing, by a transmit device, clear channel assessment on sectors corresponding to an antenna of the transmit device; and sending, by the transmit device in a sector whose result of clear channel assessment is idle, a training signal to a receive device, where the training signal is used to perform beamforming training on the antenna. With this solution, beamforming training efficiency can be improved and resource utilization can be increased.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a synchronization processing method and apparatus, and a device. The method includes: sending, by a network device, a first synchronization signal and a second synchronization signal to a terminal device within a first time unit, where frequencies of first synchronization signals in all beams are the same, and each beam has a different difference between the frequency of the first synchronization signal and a frequency of the second synchronization signal; and determining, by the terminal device, an optimal transmit beam of the network device for the terminal device and a time sequence of the optimal transmit beam based on the first synchronization signal and the second synchronization signal. This method effectively reducing synchronization detection complexity of the terminal device.
