A flexible assembly system for multi-product production and a method of reconfiguring a production line for multi-product production. A method of designing a production line includes configuring reconfigurable assembly modules (RAMs) for each production process of the production line using components included in a production line configuring tool, verifying a production amount of each of the RAMs using a production line simulator, designing the production line using RAMs with a production amount greater than or equal to a threshold value, and transmitting design information of the production line to an onsite production line installer terminal.
Abstract:
A method of generating a packet of a physical layer transmitter of a TV white space (TVWS) wireless personal area network (WPAN) system operating a WPAN service in TVWS is provided. A packet that is generated by the method of generating the packet includes a preamble, a start frame delimiter that is positioned after the preamble, a first physical layer header that is positioned after the start frame delimiter, and a physical layer service data unit that is positioned after the first physical layer header. Here, the first physical layer header represents whether the packet is a ranging packet for ranging, and includes a ranging packet identification bit corresponding to a reserved bit of the second physical layer header in a SUN system and a LECIM system, and a parity bit.

The method includes receiving line configuration information based on a reconfigured production line, retrieving process terminals required to be included in the reconfigured production line based on the line configuration information, when at least one among the process terminals required to be included in the reconfigured production line is not retrieved, transmitting information about the process terminal not retrieved to a line installer terminal, when all the process terminals required to be included in the reconfigured production line are retrieved, dividing the line configuration information based on each of the retrieved process terminals, and transmitting the divided line configuration information to each of the retrieved process terminals and verifying whether a component is provided in each of the process terminals.

A barcode recognition apparatus and a barcode recognition method. The barcode recognition method includes receiving, from a sensor, a triggering message indicating that a product enters, setting a camera focus on the basis of a barcode in an image of the product obtained using a camera upon receiving the triggering message, obtaining a product image according to the set camera focus, performing preprocessing for extracting a barcode region on the product image, extracting the barcode region from the preprocessed image, and deriving barcode information from the extracted barcode region.
Abstract:
A method of generating networks by utilizing a multi-channel so that channels may be efficiently used, inter-channel interference may be avoided, and a network may be energy efficiently managed is provided. Through a super personal area network (PAN) coordinator that manages all networks based on a multi-channel, a PAN capable of avoiding inter-channel interference may be formed. In addition, it is possible to grasp use states of channels used for transmitting and receiving beacon frames, to observe a change in a network topology, and to form an energy efficient PAN.

A first device to enter a wireless network actively performs a connection request by transmitting a connection request message, and a second device, having received the connection request message, sets a candidate slot value and transmits a candidate superframe slot notification message corresponding thereto to the first device. Accordingly, the first device performs beacon scheduling that allocates a superframe slot according to a candidate slot value.
