In a digital broadcasting signal transmission system, a transmission frame includes a frame body and a frame header, and the frame body is divided into a plurality of sub-bands in the frequency domain and is divided into a plurality of symbols in the time domain. The frame header is provided in the former part of the transmission frame and is transmitted with a signal in the time domain. The frame body includes a plurality of services, and the services respectively receive at least one sub-band and at least one symbol. The frame header includes information on the plurality of services, and information on the plurality of services includes information on the sub-band and the symbol to which the services are allocated, information on channel encoding levels of the services, and information on digital modulation levels of the services.
Abstract:
An automatic hair implanter is capable of continuously performing hair transplantation work by applying a structure of a conventional manual hair implanter. The automatic hair implanter (hair transplantation device) comprises a rotating magazine therein, and several needle modules are stored in the magazine. Two pushrods, which are positioned on a rear portion of the device and capable of translational motion, play a role of pushing a needle and a shaft, which constitute a needle module, forward. The needle and the shaft may be moved backward by a spring positioned inside the magazine.

Provided is a system for predicting production of a fruit tree, including a plant image obtaining unit collecting images of a fruit tree and confirming identification information about the fruit tree from the collected images, a branch pattern recognizing unit receiving an image of the fruit tree whose identification information is confirmed and extracting fruit bearing branches from among various kinds of branches belonging to the fruit tree, a fruit tree bud recognizing unit receiving an image of each of the extracted fruit bearing branches and extracting information about buds that fruits are actually to be born from among buds belonging to the fruit bearing branch, a meta database storing previous production predicting information about the fruit tree corresponding to the collected images, and a production estimating unit comparing the received bud information and the previous production predicting information to predict production of the fruit tree.

The present invention provides a follicle transfer and transplantation method based on FUE, which provides a follicle extraction punch for transferring and transplanting a follicular unit of a scalp and loads a follicular unit, extracted by the follicle extraction punch, to the follicle extraction punch itself or transfers the extracted follicular unit to a separate needle, thereby enabling a hair transplantation operation to be relatively quickly and accurately performed.

A method and apparatus for detecting and recognizing an object using a vector histogram based on a local binary pattern are disclosed. The apparatus of detecting and recognizing an object using a local binary pattern includes: a feature map creator configured to extract an object area in which a moving object exists from an input image, to create a local binary pattern by designating a local area in the object area, and to create a vector component map including information about magnitude vector components and direction vector components using the local binary pattern; a feature map configuring unit configured to divide the object area into a plurality of blocks and to create a feature vector map through a histogram using the vector component map in a unit of the block; and an object detector configured to detect and classify the moving object based on the feature vector map.
