Abstract:
Disclosed herein are a Bluetooth connection device and method based on estimation of a relative angle. The Bluetooth connection method based on estimation of a relative angle is performed by a Bluetooth connection device based on estimation of a relative angle, and includes estimating relative angles using relative angle estimation information included in packets received from one or more communication target devices that are scanned for a Bluetooth connection, determining a communication target device with which a communication link is to be established based on the estimated relative angles, and establishing a communication link through a Bluetooth connection to the determined communication target device, and reestablishing the communication link to any one of additional communication target devices, relative angles of which have been estimated, depending on a change in a relative angle to the communication target device with which the communication link has been established.
Abstract:
Provided herein is a PLC synchronization method including allocating a predetermined value with respect to a plurality of modulation symbols depending on whether sum of squared magnitude of in-phase component and orthogonal component is arranged in a predetermined range, calculating first moving sum and second moving sum of a value allocated to the plurality of modulation symbols, and performing PLC (physical layer link channel) synchronization based on the plurality of modulation symbols having maximum value of the first moving sum and the second moving sum.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for a mobile communication terminal to recognize a target mobile communication terminal using a location recognition system. The method includes acquiring own location information of the mobile communication terminal; creating identification verification information using the location information, the identification verification information containing an identification formula for identifying the target mobile communication terminal as a target of communication; transmitting the created identification verification information to at least one other mobile communication terminal within a communication coverage area; receiving an identification response packet from the at least one other mobile communication terminal which has received the identification verification information, the identification response packet indicating whether the other mobile communication terminal is a target mobile communication terminal; and determining the target mobile communication terminal based on the received identification response packet.
Abstract:
In an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) wireless communication system, when path delay information is received from a reception apparatus through a return path after data transmission, a length of a cyclic prefix included in a transmitted signal is adjusted on the basis of a delay value included in the path delay information.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is an apparatus for controlling an embedded device, through which the embedded device may be controlled in a host computer in real time. The apparatus for controlling an embedded device includes a host computer connected with a monitor, a mouse, and a keyboard; an embedded device; and a connection module for connecting the host computer with the embedded device such that a first task window for controlling the host computer and a second task window for controlling the embedded device are displayed on the monitor.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein are an apparatus and method for informing a bus driver of a user's intention to get on or off a bus. The apparatus for informing a bus driver of a user's intention to get on or off a bus includes a getting-on information collection device. The getting-on information collection device includes a getting-on information reception unit, an arrival-expected bus identification unit, and a transmission information transmission unit. The getting-on information reception unit receives getting-on information entered by a passenger who desires to get on a bus at a bus stop via a getting-on information transfer device of the bus stop. The arrival-expected bus identification unit identifies a bus expected to arrive having the earliest expected arrival time at the bus stop based on a bus number. The transmission information transmission unit transmits the transmission information to the getting-on information notification device of the bus expected to arrive.
