    Abstract: An inspection system for obtaining an adjusted light intensity image includes a light source, an image capturing device and a controller. A field of view of the image capturing device is adjusted within an illumination area of the light source. A plurality of light emitting units of the light source are turned on in sequence. The image capturing device captures a calibration image when each of the light emitting units is turned on to obtain a plurality of the calibration images. The controller adjusts the light emitting intensities of the light emitting units respectively according to the light intensity distributions of the calibration images to obtain a specific intensity distribution of an inspection image in the field of view and compensate a vignette effect of the image capturing device.

    Abstract: A composite calibration plate includes a control board, a light detection board, a diffusion board, a light-emitting sheet, and a fluorescent sheet. The control board has a first setting surface and a second setting surface. The light detection board is stacked on the first setting surface. The diffusion board is stacked on the light detection board. The light-emitting sheet is stacked on the second setting surface and includes a plurality of self-luminous sources. The fluorescent sheet is optionally stacked on the light-emitting sheet or the diffusion board, and has a plurality of fluorescent chips. When calibrating the lighting device, the fluorescent sheet is disposed on the light-emitting sheet; and, when calibrating the imaging device, the fluorescent sheet is disposed on the light-emitting sheet, such that the fluorescent sheet is located at a focus position of an optical imaging path.

    Abstract: An automatic fluorescence detection system includes a base and an optical assembly. The base has a detecting region. The optical assembly includes a fluorescent image-capturing device, an illumination device and a field lens. The illumination device includes a first annular illumination module and a second annular illumination module surrounding a center axis of the fluorescent image-capturing device. Lights emitted by the first annular illumination module and the second annular illumination module travel along a light-traveling path to project onto the detecting region. A distance between the first annular illumination module and the center axis is smaller than that between the second annular illumination module and the center axis. The field lens is disposed in correspondence with the detecting region. Spacing between the field lens and the detecting region is ranged from 15.0 cm to 30.0 cm.
