摘要: Medical devices and methods of using medical devices are disclosed. An example tissue retraction device includes a first engagement member having a first end and a second end, a second engagement member having a first end and a second end, a first elastic member attached to the second end of the first engagement member, and a first alignment member having a first end, a second end and a lumen extending therethrough. Further, the tissue retraction device has a first length, the first alignment member has a second length, the first elastic member extends within the lumen of the first alignment member and the second length of the first alignment member is less than or equal to the first length of the tissue retraction device.

摘要: A system for treating tissue includes a clip assembly including a pair of clip arms. Proximal ends of the clip arms are slidably received within a channel of a capsule to be moved between a tissue receiving configuration and a tissue clipping configuration. The system also includes a catheter assembly including a control member extending therethrough. The control member includes a distal end connected to the clip arms to move the clip assembly between the receiving and clipping configurations. The system further includes a coupler releasably coupled to a proximal end of the capsule and configured to be coupled to the distal end of the catheter assembly. The coupler fractures when a proximal force exerted on the coupler via the control member exceeds a first predetermined threshold value to disengage the capsule and deploy the clip assembly.

The electrode also includes one or more channels angled relative to the electrode lumen, and the one or more channels are in fluid communication with the electrode lumen to receive the flow of fluid from the electrode lumen. The one or more channels are configured to divert the flow of fluid from the electrode lumen toward one or more outlets laterally offset from the electrode lumen.
