Abstract: An organic light emitting device, a preparation method therefor, and a display apparatus are provided. The organic light emitting device includes an anode, a cathode, and a light emitting layer and an electron transport layer arranged between the anode and the cathode. The electron transport layer is arranged between the light emitting layer and the cathode. The electron transport layer includes a first host material and a second host material. A mixing ratio of the first host material to the second host material of one side of the electron transport layer close to the light emitting layer is different from a mixing ratio of the first host material to the second host material of one side of the electron transport layer away from the light emitting layer.

Abstract: Provided are a light-emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel and a display device. The light-emitting device includes a plurality of light-emitting units including a first, a second, and a third light-emitting unit. Each light-emitting unit includes a micro-cavity structure including an anode, a hole transport layer, a functional layer, and a cathode. The functional layer of the first light-emitting unit includes a first light-emitting layer, a first buffer layer between the first light-emitting layer and the hole transport layer of the first light-emitting unit, and a second buffer layer between the first buffer layer and the first light-emitting layer. The material of the second buffer layer is different from that of the first buffer layer, the second buffer layer has a physical thickness less than or equal to 30 nanometers and an optical thickness less than or equal to 60 nanometers.

Abstract: A pixel structure. The pixel structure includes a base substrate; an insulating island on the base substrate; a light emitting element on a side of the insulating island away from the base substrate; an insulating layer on the base substrate and surrounding the insulating island, the insulating layer spaced apart from the insulating island by a groove; and a reflective layer on a lateral side of the insulating layer surrounding a periphery of the light emitting element, and configured to reflect light laterally emitted from the light emitting element to exit from a light emitting surface of the pixel structure. The insulating layer has a height relative to a main surface of the base substrate greater than a height of the insulating island relative to the main surface of the base substrate. Abstract: A display back panel may include a substrate, an insulating layer disposed on one side of the substrate and including a plurality of recesses, the plurality of recesses including a bottom surface, a first electrode disposed on a surface of the insulating layer away from the substrate, a pixel defining layer disposed on a surface of the first electrode away from the substrate and including a plurality of openings, a light-emitting layer disposed in the plurality of openings and covering the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on a surface of the light-emitting layer away from the substrate. Therein, the first electrode may reflect waveguide light laterally propagated by the light-emitting layer, thereby improving a light-emitting efficiency of the light-emitting layer. Further, the reflected waveguide light may not be absorbed by the second electrode, thereby enhancing an external quantum effect of the light-emitting layer.

Abstract: A pixel structure includes a base substrate and a light emitting element on the base substrate. The light emitting element includes a reflective electrode, a light emitting layer on the reflective electrode, and a substantially transparent electrode on a side of the light emitting layer away from the reflective electrode. The reflective electrode has a reflective ridge configured to reflect light laterally transmitted through the light emitting layer to exit from a light emitting surface of the pixel structure. The reflective ridge has a first concave reflective sidewall extending from a peak of the reflective ridge to a base of the reflective ridge, and a second concave reflective sidewall extending from the peak of the reflective ridge to the base of the reflective ridge. The first concave reflective sidewall faces away from the second concave reflective sidewall.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display unit and a method for manufacturing the display unit, and an array substrate. The display unit includes a first electrode; a second electrode opposite to the first electrode; and a passivation layer, an auxiliary electrode and a light emitting functional layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, the passivation layer, the auxiliary electrode and the light emitting functional layer being disposed from the first electrode to the second electrode in sequence. The first electrode is electrically connected to the auxiliary electrode. One of the first electrode and the second electrode is transflective while the other one of the first electrode and the second electrode is transflective or reflective, and a first cavity is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode.
