Abstract: In some embodiments, an electronic device obtains and displays a file container defining a virtual object corresponding to a physical object. The file container also defines a plurality of other permitted configurations of the virtual object. At a later time, the electronic device displays the virtual object using an alternate process. In response to a user input corresponding to a request to update a configuration of the object, the electronic device contacts the source of the object to obtain the availability of the updated configuration of the object. In some embodiments, in response to an indication that the physical object with the updated configuration is available, the electronic device presents the virtual object with the updated configuration.

Abstract: In some aspects, an electronic device displays virtual objects in a three-dimensional extended reality (“XR”) environment with automatically determined location(s) and/or orientation(s). Abstract: Coordinating the manipulation of multiple images in a user interface. An input for manipulating a first image can be received. The first image can be manipulated in accordance with the input. A second image, different from the first image, can also be manipulated in accordance with the input. In some examples, a content of the manipulated first image can correspond to a content of the manipulated second image. In some examples, whether the second image is manipulated can be determined based on various considerations including whether the first and second images are associated with the same category, whether the first and second images are associated with sets of images having the same number of images and/or whether a plurality of images including the first and second images are associated with the same category.
