    摘要: A stick type cosmetic container capable of depleting a remaining amount of cosmetics is described. The cosmetic holder has raising and lowering ribs coupled to raising and lowering guide grooves of a protection tubular body, allowing cosmetics to appear and disappear in a proper length. One or more engaging ribs are formed in a stepped shape in the cosmetic holder. A stopper is provided on opposite portions of a flat second side outer circumferential surface of the raising and lowering supporting part and configured to be mutually caught by a lower end of the engagement rib to limit the upward movement of the cosmetics. The cosmetic holder is separably engaged to a tubular body through one or more engagement ribs. The tubular body is configured to be raised independently secondarily while being released from an engagement force from the engagement rib of the cosmetic holder.

    摘要: A showerhead for film-depositing vacuum equipment having an effect shortening the length of injection tubes for a reactive gas is presented. The injection tubes extend from the bottom of a reactive gas showerhead module, and two different kinds of reactive gases are mixed with an injection support gas within a reactive showerhead module so as to inject the mixed gas. The showerhead for film-depositing vacuum equipment includes the reactive gas showerhead module above a cooling jacket and a purge gas showerhead module above the reactive gas showerhead module. The injection tubes of the reactive gas showerhead module pass through the cooling jacket disposed below the reactive gas showerhead module, and the injection tubes of the purge gas showerhead module pass through the reactive gas showerhead module disposed below the purge gas showerhead module, thereby enabling the purge gas to flow into a purge gas redistribution space defined above the cooling jacket.

An un-doped region positioned between the first and second doped regions. A conductive layer is formed on top of the polysilicon structure and arranged so that it does not contact the un-doped region at either the transition between the first doped region and the un-doped region or the second doped region and un-doped region.

The buffer includes a second transistor connected to a gate electrode of a first transistor for transmitting a voltage with a first level with the output signal and transmitting a voltage with a second level for turning off the first transistor.
