Abstract: An impact crusher for mineral material includes a crusher housing, a reversible rotor arranged in an impact-grinding space of an impact mechanism for propelling mineral material against wear members in the crusher housing; and an adjustment installation setting a spacing of the impact mechanism from the rotor. An upper impact space adjoins the impact-grinding space at the top and has an entry opening for the mineral material. The upper impact space has an upper height region that neighbors the entry opening, a central height region that adjoins the upper height region, and a lower height region that is contiguous to the lower impact-grinding space, with the central height region being a region having a largest internal width and at a widest location thereof, which is above a crushing circle of the rotor, has a maximum width which is larger than a diameter of the crushing circle of the rotor.

Abstract: An impact bar for installation in an axis-parallel impact bar mount of a rotor of an impact crusher includes front-side and backside holding regions between end faces, and longitudinal ribs projecting beyond the end faces. Each holding region is bordered by two longitudinal ribs which have a trapezoidal cross section to define a base and a topside at a distance to the base, with the base being wider than the topside. The longitudinal ribs have each an inner inclined flank and an outer flank, with the inner and outer flanks extending between the base and the topside and with the inner flank extending at a flank angle of 20° to 27° in relation to the x direction and configured such that only the inner flank is supportable in the installation position for transmission of a force into the impact bar mount at the rotor.

Abstract: A blow bar for inserting in a holder of a rotor of an impact crusher defines a longitudinal axis in a z-direction, a vertical axis in a y-direction, and a transverse axis in a x-direction. The blow bar includes two rectangular heads respectively arranged at upper and lower ends of the blow bar and defining there between a middle region, in which the longitudinal axis centrally determines a position of a y-z plane. Each head has side surfaces extending parallel to the y-z plane and parallel at a first spacing to define a thickness between the side surfaces. The two heads are situated offset to the y-z plane in opposite direction by a second spacing in the transverse direction, thereby forming support shoulders in a transition to the middle region. The middle region has a thickness which is not less than the first spacing of the side surfaces.
