摘要: [Problem] Provide an electric work machine that, while effectively using a limited and narrow space in a machine, can cool (air-cool) an electric component.
[Solution] A hydraulic excavator as an electric work machine includes: an electric motor, a battery unit that stores electric power for driving the electric motor, an electric component to which the electric power is supplied from the battery unit, a first heat exchanger that cools a refrigerant which passes through the battery unit, a hydraulic pump that is driven by the electric motor thereby to discharge a hydraulic oil, a second heat exchanger that cools the hydraulic oil, a fan that has a rotary shaft, and a partition plate. The electric component, viewed from above, is positioned between the fan and the battery unit. The first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger, viewed from a direction of the rotary shaft, are positioned overlapping the fan, and are so positioned as to be displaced from each other in one direction intersecting the rotary shaft. The partition plate, viewed from above, is positioned between the first heat exchanger and second heat exchanger, and the battery unit, and is positioned across the one direction.

摘要: An object is to provide a work machine and an operating device for a work machine with improved operability.
A work machine includes an operating device operable in a first direction and a second direction, a hydraulic pump configured to supply hydraulic oil, a hydraulic actuator, a directional control valve configured to control the hydraulic oil flowing from the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic actuator, and a control device configured to control the directional control valve based on the amount of operation of the operating device. The operating device is structured or placed such that a force is likely to escape in the second direction when the operating device is operated in the first direction or a force is likely to escape in the first direction when the operating device is operated in the second direction. The operating device is configured such that a dead area is relatively large with respect to the direction in which the force is likely to escape.

摘要: The invention of the present application intends to provide a completed-work information processing system that can generate terrain profile data that is easy to associate with the contents of work and a work area, on the basis of working history data that can be acquired in work execution by a work machine. For this purpose, a computation device computes movement loci of a work device when the work device is executing work of the ground and acquires working information from a working information acquiring device when determining that the work device is executing the work of the ground, records data in which the working information is associated with the movement loci of the work device, as the working history data, and outputs the terrain profile data to which the working information is added, with use of a movement locus assumed to be the current terrain profile among the movement loci of the work device included in the working history data and the working information associated with the movement locus assumed to be the current terrain profile.

摘要: The shovel (100) includes a lower traveling body (1), an upper turning body (3) turnably mounted on the lower traveling body (1), and an attachment attached to the upper turning body (3). The shovel (100) is configured to automatically decelerate or stop turning of the upper turning body (3) when the attachment is predicted to cross a design surface as a stop reference surface while the upper turning body (3) is turning. Further, the shovel (100) may be configured to prohibit a boom raising operation by automatic control when decelerating or stopping the turning of the upper turning body (3).

摘要: Provided are a soil quality information acquisition system that enables acquisition of soil quality information at an appropriate time on a worksite, and a working machine including the system. The soil quality information acquisition system (100) includes a body position detection part (33), an acquisition time determination part (503), a soil quality information acquisition part (502), and a storage part (506). The body position detection part (33) acquires position information about a hydraulic excavator (1) on the worksite. The acquisition time determination part (503) determines an acquisition time on the basis of soil quality relevant information being information related a change in a quality on the worksite. The soil quality information acquisition part (502) receives an acquisition signal output from the acquisition time determination part (503), and acquires the soil quality information in response to the acquisition signal. The storage part (506) stores the position information and the soil quality information in association with each other.

摘要: Provided is a work machine that allows assisting a loading work without giving uncomfortable feeling to an operator. The control device 40 of the work machine 1 includes an allowable range calculation section 46 that calculates an allowable range indicating a range in which the front work device 2 is movable in a height direction allowed in a swing operation; an operation determining section 45 that determines whether the work machine 1 is under a convey operation; and an operation control section 4 that controls a turn operation of a boom 8 such that the position of the front work device 2 in the height direction remains within the allowable range when the work machine 1 is determined to be under the convey operation. The allowable range calculation section 46 calculates a range of the turn angle of the boom 8 as the allowable range defined by a lower limit value and an upper limit value. The lower limit value of a position of the front work device 2 in the height direction allows the front work device 2 to avoid interference with the loaded machine under the convey operation. The upper limit value of the position of the front work device 2 in the height direction is obtained based on at least one of dimension and capacity of the bucket 10, type of the loading target object, and specific gravity of the loading target object.
