Abstract: 高温抗磨Fe-Cr-B-Al合金的制备方法,属于耐磨材料技术领域。采用激光熔覆方法制备,先将颗粒尺寸100~160目、质量分数分别为12.0~15.0%的低碳铬铁粉、12.0~15.0%的高碳铬铁粉、6.0~8.0%的硼铁粉、5.0~6.0%的金属铝粉、1.5~2.0%的稀土硅铁粉、4.0~5.0%的Fe2O3粉和52~57%的纯铁粉混合均匀。然后采用光纤激光器输入热量,采用激光熔覆同步送粉器送粉,熔覆过程中的送粉率为15~20g/min,激光功率为1500~2500W,扫描速度3~8mm/s,可获得硬度高、高温耐磨性好的Fe-Cr-B-Al合金。
