Also, a method for controlling devices within prescribed areas of a building, including monitoring a location of a mobile transmitter device within the building, receiving a wireless signal from the mobile transmitter device, and controlling specific functions of the systems based on a location of the mobile transmitter device and the information carried by the transmitted signal.
