The invention relates to a process for preparing polyurethane foams (PUR foams) which uses reactive amines of the formula where n is 1 to 4, R1 and R2 are —(CH2—CH2—O)xH, —(CH2—CH(CH3)—O)xH, or —((CH2—CH(CH2—CH3)—O)xH, and x is 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4, with the proviso that, at least one of the indices in the molecule is greater than 0, in combination with metal salts.
