The processor is configured to detect a move-related behavior indicating move of a target vehicle to a space connected to a travel path of a host vehicle, when the target vehicle is traveling from a travel direction side of the host vehicle toward an existence direction side of the host vehicle. The processor is configured to perform, when detecting the move-related behavior, an admission control to admit move of the target vehicle to the space. The admission control includes stopping the traveling host vehicle with an admission distance being reserved for admitting move of the target vehicle to the space.
