摘要：
A surface material (30) is wrapped along a circumferential direction of a ring part (12) in a region of at least a portion of the ring part (12). In a state in which a foamed resin or an elastomer is die-molded, a cross-sectional shape of a planar surface orthogonal to an axial direction of the ring part (12) is formed to be a C shape or a U shape, and a parting line (36) is formed on an outer surface. In a state of being wrapped on the ring part (12), the parting line (36) is disposed on a surface facing the ring part (12).
