The panel further comprises an electric apparatus mounted on a passenger compartment side covering the through hole. The electric apparatus is electrically coupled to the electrically conductive assembly through the through hole. The electrically conductive assembly electrically couples a first and a second terminal and is arranged between and adjacent to the first and the second terminals, wherein an optical transmissivity of the transparent panel is not visually deteriorated in an area of the electrically conductive assembly around the electric apparatus.
