Each of the plurality of capacitor elements includes a valve action metal base, an oxide film dielectric layer on a surface of the valve action metal base, and a cathode layer on a surface of the dielectric layer, and at least one capacitor element among the plurality of capacitor elements has a thicker oxide film dielectric layer than that of another capacitor element.
