The first driving system includes a cylinder body in a gas compression device, a gas delivery pipe, a one-dimensional internal combustion engine, a tenth motor, an axial-flow gas compressor and a first lever braking device in a natural gas storage device. The tenth motor is connected with the axial-flow gas compressor. The axial-flow gas compressor is driven by the tenth motor.
