A method of making a thermoplastic article comprising depositing a multitude of layers of thermoplastic extruded material in a preset pattern and fusing the multitude of layers of extruded material to form the article wherein the thermoplastic extraded material comprises a discontinuous elastomeric phase dispersed in a rigid thermoplastic phase wherein at the rigid thermoplastic phase comprises structural units derived from (C1-C12)alkyl(meth)acrylate.
