The first attribute information is acquired designating at least any one of an instruction issuing function and an instruction receiving function among the functions of said first management unit and the second attribute information designating at least any one of the instruction issuing function and the instruction receiving function among the functions of said second management unit. A determination is made as to whether or not said setting information is consistent with a combination of said first attribute information and said second attribute information. Information is outputted based on a determination result of the determination.
