A method may include receiving a login corresponding to a profile in a profile repository; receiving second data corresponding to the user associated with the profile from one or more search databases; automatically determining categories of a plurality of categories to which the second data belongs using a trained machine learning algorithm; retrieving the first data from one or more databases; generating updated user data corresponding to the user associated with the profile based upon at least the first data and the second data; storing at least the updated user data in the profile; and updating a rental application based on at least the updated user data.
