A holding rubber is formed integrally with the main body rubber elastomer on a lower surface of fitting portions of the second attachment member. A fixed surface is arranged on an upper surface of the fitting portions. The fixed surface is exposed by the main body rubber elastomer, directly superimposed on an inner surface of the fitting grooves, and pressed and fixed by static friction to the inner surface of the fitting grooves by the holding rubber.
