On the premise of remarkably improving the equalizing efficiency of the battery cell, the invention can reduce the space and cost required by the equalizing operation, and ensure that the SOC difference of the equalized battery cell is maintained within a certain range, and it is a low-cost high-efficiency battery cell equalizing device. The invention is suitable for equalizing a large number of battery cells on a production line.
