The method includes: obtaining a coding state parameter and load information of a terminal in a current processing cycle, and a first coding parameter of a first coder used in the current processing cycle; determining a second coding parameter according to the coding state parameter and the load information of the terminal; and in accordance with a determination that the second coding parameter and the first coding parameter are different, adjusting the first coder according to the second coding parameter and/or configuring a second coder according to the second coding parameter, to code frame data in a next processing cycle.
