The display device of the present invention comprises: a display panel; a frame being positioned at a rear of the display panel; a guide panel including a receiving portion on which a rear surface of the display panel is received, a guide wall connected to the receiving portion and contacting the frame, and a projection formed on the guide wall; and a back cover positioned behind the frame and engaged with the projection, and wherein the projection has elasticity.
