The present invention provides a memory device with the function of page selecting. Said memory device consists of a data terminal and a memory unit array which possesses of many adresses. The memory device also consists of a shift register, an adress decoding circuit and a page-selecting unit which responds to access control signal, adress clock signal and clock pulse to store selectively a page code in said page selecting unit.
