Abstract:
近红外的荧光探针，它具有如下结构式I。实验证明，该荧光探针对Fe2+具有很好的选择性和特异性，可以定量检测水溶液中的Fe2+，并且可以检测细胞中的Fe2++。本发明公开了近红外荧光探针的制法以及对Fe2+检测活性研究。
Abstract(English):

The invention relates to a near-infrared fluorescent probe, which has the following structural formula I defined in the specification. According to the present invention, the experiment results show that the fluorescent probe has good selectivity and good specificity to Fe<2+>, can quantitatively detect the Fe<2+> in aqueous solutions, and can detect the Fe<2+> in cells. The invention discloses apreparation method of the near-infrared fluorescent probe, and study on the detection activity of the probe to Fe<2+>.
