The invention discloses a rapid screening method for glucuronide-ractopamine conjugates in animal products. According to the method, pre-treatments such as extraction, purification and the like are carried out on an animal sample to remove the impurities such as inorganic salt, bio-macromolecules, endogenous metabolites and the like in the animal sample; characteristic ions cracked from a glucuronide-ractopamine conjugate mass spectrum are selected to serve as monitor ions for LC-MS/MS; and result judgement is carried out on the peak signal response condition through the characteristic ions. The method has the advantages of being simple to operate, short in time consumption, low in efficiency, high in detection sensitivity and good in stability.
