本发明涉及一种以水热法制备介孔二氧化硅修饰碳点的方法。该方法以介孔二氧化硅为载体，使用水热法让柠檬酸、脲在介孔二氧化硅限制的纳米空间内发生碳化反应。该方法使用水热法制备的介孔二氧化硅修饰的碳点粒径均一，分散性好，光稳定性好。
