The invention relates to a self-propelled machine, in particular a construction machine, comprising a drive motor, a machine frame, a driving device connected to the machine frame and an operation console arranged in a driver's cab. The driver's cab comprises side walls, a roof wall, a front wall, a rear wall and a cabin floor. The cab is adjustable by means of an adjustment deivce between a lowered transport position and an upright working position. The invention further relates to a method for adjusting a driver's cab between a lowered transport position and an upright working position.
