Abstract:
本发明提供一种压粉磁芯的制造方法，对通过筛孔为75μm的筛子的软磁性粉末的质量比例相对于软磁性粉末的总量为95质量％以上、且平均应变低于0.100％的软磁性粉末进行压缩成形来制造压粉磁芯，能够得到成形体密度高、铁损降低的压粉磁芯。
Abstract(English):

A powder magnetic core which exhibits a high compact density and a reduced iron loss can be obtained by compacting a soft magnetic powder in which the mass ratio of soft magnetic powder particles that pass through a filter having an opening of 75 [mu]m is 95 mass% or higher relative to the whole amount of the soft magnetic powder and which has a mean strain of less than 0.100%.
