Abstract:
本发明提供了一种合成芬戈莫德中间体的方法，该方法包括：a、化合物1和2发生Wittig反应生成化合物3；b、化合物3在催化剂Pd/C存在下，发生氢化反应得到化合物4；c、化合物4与联硼酸频那醇酯，BPO和t-BuONO反应，得到化合物5；d、化合物5和碘代物6发生Suzuki反应生成化合物7;e、化合物7在Pd/C催化下，发生氢化反应得到化合物8。本发明合成路线简短、操作简便、成本低、产率高、易于工业化生产。
