The present disclosure relates to a microelectronics package with vertically stacked flip-chip dies, and a process for making the same. The disclosed microelectronics package includes a module board, a first thinned flip-chip die with a through-die via, a second flip-chip die with a package contact at the bottom, and a mold compound. Herein, a top portion of the through-die via is exposed at top of the first thinned flip-chip die. The first thinned flip-chip die and the mold compound reside over the module substrate. The mold compound surrounds the first thinned flip-chip die and extends above the first thinned flip-chip die to define an opening. The second flip-chip die, which has a smaller plane size than the first thinned flip-chip die, resides within the opening and is stacked with the first thinned flip-chip die by coupling the package contact to the exposed top portion of the through-die via.

Performing the neurological analysis may include determining a reaction to a stimulus by receiving data from the one or more inwardly-directed sensors; and identifying a neurological condition associated with the reaction. In some embodiments, the perception aid may include a reminder, an alert, or virtual content that changes a property, e.g. a color, of a real object. The augmented reality display may be configured to display virtual content by outputting light with variable wavefront divergence, and to provide an accommodation-vergence mismatch of less than 0.5 diopters, including less than 0.25 diopters.

The server then generates, after determining that the client device does not have the previously generated fingerprint, a unique fingerprint of the client device based on a plurality of characteristics of the client device and determining contextual information of the request based on a characteristic of the client device. The method includes: mapping a phase tracking reference signal (PTRS) to one or more OFDM symbols based on information about a correspondence between the PTRS and one or more of a modulation and coding scheme (MCS), a subcarrier spacing, and a bandwidth (BW); and sending the one or more OFDM symbols to which the PTRS is mapped to a receive device. In the embodiments of the present invention, a correspondence between the PTRS and the subcarrier spacing or the modulation and coding scheme or the bandwidth is used to implicitly indicate a time-frequency location of the PTRS. In comparison with the prior art, no explicit indication is required, and signaling overheads are reduced.

This glass maintains luminance and has an excellent color difference reduction effect when used in a light guide plate.
