摘要: An image-forming apparatus includes a light-irradiation unit configured to move a spot of laser light on a surface of a photosensitive member at a non-constant scanning velocity in a main scanning direction to form a latent image on the photosensitive member, an image data correcting unit configured to correct a length in the main scanning direction of image data by inserting one or more image data pieces into the image data, the number of the image data pieces increasing as the scanning velocity increases, and/or extracting one or more image data pieces from the image data, the number of the image data pieces increasing as the scanning velocity decreases, and a brightness correcting unit configured to correct a brightness of the laser light so that an emission brightness increases as the scanning velocity increases and/or the emission brightness decreases as the scanning velocity decreases.

摘要: A laser scanning unit (LSU) identification method and an image forming device are provided. The image forming device includes a processor and a target LSU, where the target LSU includes a laser diode, a laser diode drive unit, a polygon mirror, and a motor. The method includes providing a signal related to a quantity of reflective surfaces of the polygon mirror to the processor by the target LSU; identifying the quantity of the reflective surfaces of the polygon mirror of the target LSU according to the signal related to the quantity of the reflective surfaces of the polygon mirror provided by the target LSU, and determining a control parameter of the target LSU according to an identified quantity of the reflective surfaces by the processor, thereby controlling the target LSU according to the control parameter; and operating according to the control parameter by the target LSU.

摘要: The present invention relates to a head device of a three-dimensional modelling equipment, and a modelling plane scanning method using the same, the head device of a three-dimensional modelling equipment comprising: a modelling light source array having a plurality of modelling light sources; a light guide part, installed at a given position above a modelling plane, having a function of reflecting modelling rays from the modelling light source array so as to be incident on the modelling plane; and a controller for controlling the operations of the modelling light source array and the light guide part in a conjoined manner, wherein a plurality of modelling rays generated from the plurality of modelling light sources are irradiated while forming one line scan having a first axial direction on the modelling plane, and the light guide part continuously or intermittently moves the one line scan on the modelling plane to irradiate the modelling light rays across the modelling plane. The present invention has the effects of enabling high-speed scanning to be performed, and modelling precision to be enhanced through precise scanning control.
