    摘要: A computer system for enabling generation/controlling/modification of sound elements is provided. A computer program defines a sound engine. The sound engine includes or is linked to one or more musical composition interfaces that enable one or more users to access a music generator/controller/modifier utility (“music generator”), so as to graphically map one or more musical notes by tracing one or more Bezier paths defined that are processable by the music generator so as to define five fundamental note qualities: Tone, pitch, volume, applied effects and duration. The music generator enables user manipulation of the Bezier paths, including touch input modification of the paths (e.g. dragging, forming etc.) that modify fundamental qualities of the corresponding note.

    摘要: A manual vibrato control device, system and processing arrangement are disclosed. A manual vibrato includes a rotatable shaft, a raised cam section on the shaft, first and second biased collars received on the shaft either side of the cam section, the bias of the first collar being rotationally opposite to the bias of the second collar such that as the shaft rotates in one direction, it receives a return force from the first collar but does not rotate the second collar, and vice versa.
    Also disclosed are processing techniques to take the rotational data from rotational sensors, preferably Hall Effect, on the shaft and generate pitch change instructions for a pitch modification device. The mapping is user controllable to produce desired effects and performance.

    摘要: The musical instrument includes: a pickup that acquires an electric sound signal corresponding to a sound performed on the musical instrument; effector circuitry that imparts an effect to the acquired electric sound signal; a vibrator that produces mechanical vibration corresponding to the effect-imparted sound signal; and a transmission device that transmits the mechanical vibration, produced by the vibrator, to the body of the musical instrument with a characteristic having a fundamental frequency region of the musical instrument suppressed. The electric sound signal corresponding to the performed sound is imparted with an effect, the vibrator is driven by the effect-imparted sound signal, and a mechanical vibration sound is generated from the body of the musical instrument. The thus-generated mechanical vibration sound is audibly generated from the body as a vibration sound additional to the performed sound, which allows a user to experience a performance feeling that has never existed before.
