    摘要: The present invention provides an air filtering system for use in a building and an HVAC system, wherein the air filtering system includes: an outside-air inlet; a first filtering stage at the downstream of the outside-air inlet; a second filtering stage at the downstream of the first filtering stage; a collection module for collecting outside-air quality information; and a control module in communication with the collection module, wherein the control module adjusts an operation state of the first filtering stage and/or the second filtering stage based on the air quality information collected by the collection module. The system of the present invention has the advantages of energy saving, low maintenance cost, etc.

    摘要: An air purification system is provided which includes measurement of a concentration of a target pollutant within the air. A gas sensor is used for sensing a concentration of the pollutant (although it will detect other pollutants as well due to cross-sensitivity). A filter is provided which selectively removes the target pollutant while having a significantly smaller effect in reducing other pollutants to which the sensor is cross-sensitive. A gas sensor response is obtained before filtering, a gas sensor response after filtering, and the sensitivity characteristics of the gas sensor to the pollutant are processed, thereby to determine a gas concentration of the pollutant in the air before filtering. In this way, the concentration measurement is better than a direct measurement with the gas sensor as a result of a low selectivity of the gas sensor.

    摘要: The application provides a fresh air purification window for preventing haze. A ventilation device is provided with an upper layer and a lower layer and partitioned by a transverse middle-layer partition plate, an exhaust fan is mounted in the upper layer, an air feeder is mounted in the lower layer, an air inlet grille is formed on the upper layer through front-layer glass, and a half-closed space with an air cavity unidirectionally provided with an exhaust opening is formed by the upper layer, upper-layer glass, a middle-layer separation partition plate and air cavity one-sided glass. The fresh air purification window has the effects of lowering the shielding light ray of the current purification window and enabling the current purification window to be compact in structure.

    摘要: A filter may remove PM2.5 and/or other airborne pollutants, which filter has fibers of an average diameter of no more than 500 nm, the fibers of at least 90 wt. % polyacrylonitrile, relative to all fibers in the filter; and a catalyst of at least 90 wt. % TiO2, relative to all catalytic metals in the filter, dispersed onto the fibers. The fibers need not be charged. The TiO2 may be condensed or precipitated onto the fibers out of a liquid containing the TiO2 and the fibers by simple methods. The catalyst may be activated by UV irradiation to decompose particulate matter having an average particle size of 2.5 μm or less, i.e., PM2.5, and/or other airborne pollutants from air. Such filters may be implemented around areas of vehicle traffic, e.g., as elements of traffic lights, and may be used to controllably purify polluted air.
