摘要: Various teachings herein may be used to make a bearing bush for a rotating shaft, wherein a wall of the bearing bush has a wall thickness which amounts to less than 10% of the diameter of the bearing bush. In the axial direction, the bearing bush is made from a plurality of layers connected with a material bond. Each layer has a layer thickness between 10 μm and 200 μm and the wall has closed cavities which are filled with a powder.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a steer-by-wire system for a motor vehicle including a steering rod, an electric servo unit configured to move the steering rod, and a sliding bearing which radially supports the steering rod in a housing. The housing, the sliding bearing, and the steering rod have complementary geometries whereby the steering rod is prevented from rotating. The sliding bearing includes multiple segments in the circumferential direction, at least one segment of the multiple segments is a sliding bearing location for the radial support. At least one segment of the multiple segments is a first supporting element configured to prevent rotation in one direction of rotation. At least one segment of the multiple segments is a second supporting element configured to prevent rotation in the opposite direction of rotation.

摘要: There are provided sliding components that allow sliding surfaces to smoothly slide against each other regardless of whether a relative rotation direction is a forward rotation or a reverse rotation. The sliding components and include: a pair of sliding surfaces and disposed to face each other at a location where a relative rotation takes place when a rotating machine is driven. The conduit groove includes an annular groove and a communication groove communicating between the annular groove and the space. 摘要: Provided is a journal foil air bearing for supporting a load applied along a radial direction of a rotating shaft rotating about a centerline, the journal foil air bearing including a first top foil disposed to face an outer circumferential surface of the rotating shaft and surround the rotating shaft, a second top foil disposed to surround the first top foil, a bump foil provided as an elastically deformable member and disposed to surround the second top foil, a base foil disposed to surround the bump foil, and at least one separation preventer provided on the first top foil to restrain the first top foil from being separated along a longitudinal direction of the rotating shaft, wherein the separation preventer protrudes a preset length toward the second top foil and is restrained by the second top foil from moving in the longitudinal direction of the rotating shaft. According to the present invention, because the first top foil does not escape in the longitudinal direction of the rotating shaft during operation, the performance of the bearing may not be reduced and serious secondary damage due to the contact between the escaped first top foil and other components may not be caused.
