摘要: A mixture supply system with quantitative mixture control comprises a charging system connectable to an internal combustion engine, comprising a bypass and a bypass valve, and a valve train for periodically actuating an intake valve of the internal combustion engine. A valve control time of the intake valve is controllable by the valve train. The system is configured to at least partially close the bypass valve and change the valve control time for extending the valve opening duration upon increase of an engine load, to at least partially open the bypass valve during and/or after expiration of a valve train latency time, and/or to at least partially open the bypass valve and change the valve control time for decreasing the valve opening duration upon an decrease of an engine load, and to at least partially close the bypass valve during and/or after expiration of a valve train latency time.

摘要: Disclosed is an efficient recycling system for exhaust energy of an internal combustion engine. Firstly, a thermoelectric generation device recycles high-temperature waste heat energy in the exhaust of the internal combustion engine and recycles high-temperature heat that originally radiates into the ambient atmosphere on the surface of the volute (24). Secondly, pressure energy in the exhaust of the internal combustion engine is efficiently recycled by using a turbocharging device, and the efficiency of the turbocharging device is improved through the graphite sealing device. Finally, low-temperature waste heat energy in the exhaust of the internal combustion engine is efficiently recycled by using an organic Rankine cycle device. The risk of decomposition caused by the fact that the working medium used by organic Rankine cycle works in a high-temperature environment is avoided, thereby ensuring the cycle efficiency and the working reliability of the organic Rankine cycle.

摘要: An engine system includes an engine with an intake manifold and an exhaust manifold, a turbocharger including a turbine in communication with the exhaust manifold and a compressor in communication with the intake manifold, and a regulator configured to control a flow of exhaust gas through the turbine. A controller of the engine system is operably connected with the regulator and is configured to monitor an engine load and an exhaust gas temperature during operation of the engine, identify a proscribed engine NOx emissions level based on the engine load and the exhaust gas temperature and, when the proscribed engine NOx emissions level is identified, modify the flow of exhaust gas through the turbine to reduce the energy extracted from the exhaust gas by the turbine and reduce a drive power provided to the compressor, thereby reducing a flow of intake air provided to the intake manifold by the compressor.
