    摘要: Disclosed is an efficient recycling system for exhaust energy of an internal combustion engine. Firstly, a thermoelectric generation device recycles high-temperature waste heat energy in the exhaust of the internal combustion engine and recycles high-temperature heat that originally radiates into the ambient atmosphere on the surface of the volute (24). Secondly, pressure energy in the exhaust of the internal combustion engine is efficiently recycled by using a turbocharging device, and the efficiency of the turbocharging device is improved through the graphite sealing device. Finally, low-temperature waste heat energy in the exhaust of the internal combustion engine is efficiently recycled by using an organic Rankine cycle device. The risk of decomposition caused by the fact that the working medium used by organic Rankine cycle works in a high-temperature environment is avoided, thereby ensuring the cycle efficiency and the working reliability of the organic Rankine cycle.

    摘要: An engine system includes an engine with an intake manifold and an exhaust manifold, a turbocharger including a turbine in communication with the exhaust manifold and a compressor in communication with the intake manifold, and a regulator configured to control a flow of exhaust gas through the turbine. A controller of the engine system is operably connected with the regulator and is configured to monitor an engine load and an exhaust gas temperature during operation of the engine, identify a proscribed engine NOx emissions level based on the engine load and the exhaust gas temperature and, when the proscribed engine NOx emissions level is identified, modify the flow of exhaust gas through the turbine to reduce the energy extracted from the exhaust gas by the turbine and reduce a drive power provided to the compressor, thereby reducing a flow of intake air provided to the intake manifold by the compressor.

    摘要: An engine device includes an exhaust manifold disposed on one of left and right sides of a cylinder head, and an intake manifold disposed on another one of the left and right sides of the cylinder head. The engine device further includes a turbocharger that uses fluid energy of an exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust manifold to compress fresh air to be flowed into the intake manifold. The turbocharger is constituted by a two-stage turbocharger including a high-pressure turbocharger coupled to the exhaust manifold and a low-pressure turbocharger coupled to the high-pressure turbocharger. The high-pressure turbocharger is disposed on one a left and right lateral sides of the exhaust manifold, while the low-pressure turbocharger is disposed above the exhaust manifold.

    摘要: A two-stage turbo system includes: a high-pressure stage turbocharger having a high-pressure stage turbine disposed in an exhaust passage of an engine; and a low-pressure stage turbocharger which includes a low-pressure stage turbine disposed downstream of the high-pressure stage turbine in the exhaust passage, and which is larger in size than the high-pressure stage turbocharger. The low-pressure stage turbine includes at least two scroll passages including a first scroll passage and a second scroll passage, which together form a scroll part for introducing exhaust gas into a nozzle flow passage of the low-pressure stage turbine. The scroll part is configured such that a first range of the nozzle flow passage into which the exhaust gas passing through the first scroll passage is introduced does not overlap with a second range of the nozzle flow passage into which the exhaust gas passing through the second scroll passage is introduced, in a circumferential direction of the nozzle flow passage.

    摘要: A turbocharger engine includes a dual stage turbocharger in which a first turbo unit is disposed on the upstream side of a second turbo unit on an exhaust passage. The turbocharger is disposed in such a manner that a second turbine shaft of the second turbo unit is far from an engine output shaft than a first turbine shaft of the first turbo unit in a plan view in an axis direction of a cylinder. Further, a second turbine is rotated clockwise around an axis thereof in a side view when the turbocharger is viewed from the side of the turbine, and an intra-turbine passage is disposed on the side of an engine body than the second turbine shaft.
