    摘要: An anti-locking mechanism of a spherical compressor rotor, an anti-locking power mechanism of a spherical compressor, and a spherical compressor. A pin boss is fixedly arranged on a turntable shaft, and guide pins are movably connected with a guide sleeve. A concave slideway is arranged in a cylinder block spherical surface or a cylinder lower spherical surface, and is distributed along a sliding track of the guide sleeve on the corresponding cylinder block spherical surface or cylinder lower spherical surface in a rotation process of a turntable. A main shaft rotates and drives the turntable. When the turntable rotates to a position at which a turntable axis and a piston axis are superposed, the turntable can continue to rotate around the turntable axis by means of torque obtained by the guide pin from the concave slideway, and thus a problem of a dead point of movement of a spherical compressor rotor is solved. Because the concave slideway is arranged outside a spherical working cylinder of a spherical compressor, the sealing effect is good.

    摘要: This is simple and efficient rotary machine that can be implemented as compressor, pump, motor and mainly as internal combustion engine. The engine comprises a housing, a rotor(s) with a radial blade(s), a chamber(s) swept by the blade(s), an intersecting planar valve(s) with slot, and a combustion chamber. Blades and slots have matching shapes that allow the traversal of the blades through the slots with negligible loss of air/gases. After traversing the slot, the blade aspires air into one side of the chamber while compresses air on the other side. Fuel is injected in the compressed stream in its way to the combustion chamber, where it is ignited. In a double-rotor implementation, combustion gases are then introduced in the second rotor chamber, just after its blade has traversed the corresponding slot. One side of this blade is pushed by the expansion while the other expels gases from the previous stroke.

    摘要: An engine has a pair of rotors, both housed within the same housing. The housing has an interior cavity which is preferably spherical but need only be partially spherical, the remainder at least having rotational symmetry. Each rotor is mounted on an axis that passes through the center of the cavity, the respective axes of the rotors being at an angle to each other, with the center of each rotor being at the center of the cavity. The rotors interlock with each other to define chambers. Vanes or pistons defined by a contact face and a side face protrude from the rotors. The side faces and contact faces, and the housing interior define chambers that open and close as the rotors rotate. Each contact face of one rotor is defined by the rotation of a conical section of material on the other rotor, so that there is constant linear contact between opposing vanes on the two rotors, at least on one side of the engine. The rotors may face each other or be one inside the other. When one is inside the other, the engine may be used in association with an external combustor. Bearings support the rotors for rotation, and ports are used to allow gases into and out of the chambers.

    摘要: The power conversion machine includes a housing which defines a spherical cavity as well as a stator which is secured within the housing on a first axis. The stator is provided with an annular groove which is disposed on an angle to the axis of the stator while an annular guide member is slidably mounted in the groove for rotation about the stator axis. A first rotor part is secured to a shaft which is rotatably mounted on the stator and carries a pair of pistons which define ball shaped segments within the cavity of the housing. A second rotor part having a second pair of pistons defining a pair of ball shaped segments within the cavity is disposed on a second axis perpendicular to the axis of rotation. Pins are used to secure the second rotor part to the annular guide member for rocking of the second rotor part about the second axis during rotation of the two rotor parts about the axis of rotation.

Simultaneous rotation of the rotors and relative angular movement therebetween occurs because of a pivotal joint interconnecting such rotors at the intersection of the rotational axes coinciding with the geometric center of the spherical chamber. Pressure cavities formed between the rotors within the spherical chamber are volumetrically varied in response to the relative movement of the rotors. For internal combustion engine operation, port controlling dome segments within the chamber are rotated at a reduction drive ratio to the chamber partitioning rotor through planetary gearing.

    摘要: A universally-movable machine part includes a disc member having a disc shaft and a recessed slot defining a bearing surface conforming to a smooth cylindrically-curved plane. At least one planar vane member defines a lower bearing surface conforming to the smooth cylindrically-curved plane of the disc slot so as to be pivotally slidably mated therewith. A rotor member having a rotor shaft defines a groove which establishes a plane passing through a geometric center point of the device and in which an upper portion of the vane member is accepted so as to be pivotal within the established plane. The rotor member also defines a lower surface upwardly and outwardly divergent relative to the geometric center point of the device to permit the rotor member to be pivotally movable about an axis mutually perpendicular with the axis defined by the disc shaft and the axis about which the vane member pivots so that the rotor member will also be pivotally movable together with the vane member. A ball bearing having a diameter larger than the cross-sectional width of the vane member is also provided so as to establish a spherical bearing surface. Accordingly, the rotor shaft is universally movable relative to the disc shaft. A fluid transfer apparatus such as, for example, a fluid pump, utilizing the universally-movable machine part is also disclosed.
