摘要： A belt and a belt conveyor are provided for transporting particulate material and especially oilseeds up the belt conveyor. The belt conveyor can include an intake end having a hopper, a discharge end, a body extending between the intake end and the discharge end and a belt. The belt travels along a travel path in the belt conveyor; the belt traveling through the hopper, up an upper run in the body to the discharge end, down a return run in the body, and back through the hopper. The belt can have a top surface having pairs of adjacent ridges provided on the top surface, each ridge having a pair of arms extending from a point, in a travel direction of the belt, wherein each pair of adjacent ridges define a v-channel on the top surface of the belt.

The joint of the other part of the belt is made by a finger joint. Alternately, a joining part from a portion of a belt caught and hold between a driving roller and a pinch roller and the vicinity thereof to an outer peripheral end of the belt is made with a finger joint with widely pitched fingers, while another joining part of the rest of the belt are made with a finger joint with narrowly pitched fingers. Peeling or breakage at the joining parts for a long time, and a thick joining part are eliminated. And low cost production is achieved.

摘要： An air permeable, continuous conveyor belt for conveying a tobacco rod in a cigarette rod machine including parallel warp threads (31) and parallel sections (30a) of weft threads (30), the intersection points of which are in a regular grid. At least one warp thread (31) and/or at least one weft thread (30) includes at least one carrier fiber and at least one melt fiber. The bonding points (32) achieved by melting of the intersection points are arranged in linear fashion. As a result, selective adhesion of the weft threads to the warp threads can prevent the separation of individual fiber particles without reducing the air permeability of the belt.

摘要： A conveyor belt driven by a pair of coaxial sprockets has sprocket holes in its edges adjacent to essentially inextensible longitudinal cables embedded in elastomer. Transverse reinforcements embedded in the elastomer connect the cables, and a low-friction fabric covers the bottom surface. The belt is used for moving heavy loads over a short distance, as in discharge of coal from a mine shuttle car in which the belt is supported on a smooth flat bed and driven by a pair of sprockets.

摘要： A conveyor belt for carrying bulk material while supported on troughing rolls has nearly inextensible longitudinal reinforcements in the edges only of the belt, above the margins of the transverse reinforcements. The belt is made of rubber or other elastomer of uniform thickness except at the edges which are substantially thickened on the top surface only, to contain the longitudinal reinforcements. The transverse reinforcements are preferably a spaced pair of fabrics, inextensible in the direction transverse of the belt but extensible longitudinally.
