    Abstract: An expandable interbody device used as a prosthesis during spinal surgery. The expandable interbody device is configured to be inserted into the space between spinal discs to provide stability.     Abstract: The present invention relates to an assembly of a spinal implant having a detachable head module, in which the head module is manufactured by being modularized by seating an inner lock in a seating hole of a housing in vitro before a main operation, and fixing a spring rod, which may be connected for each segment, to the housing in a state in which a direction and angle of the rod is adjusted, and the head module is coupled to an anchor fixed in advance to a vertebral body during the main operation, such that spinal implantation may be easily and conveniently performed without requiring a process of forcibly bending or accurately aligning the rod in accordance with an alignment line of the anchor. The present invention provides a spinal implant having a detachable head module.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an implantable artificial intervertebral disc joint replacement device for implantation between adjacent vertebral bodies. The device allows selective positioning of a disc implant element and comprises translatable surfaces, a mechanism for translation, a means for bone attachment, and an integrated disc implant. The device can be used in the lumbar, thoracic, and cervical regions of the spine in single or multi-level configurations. When implanted in a patient, the device includes an upper (cranial) component and a lower (caudal) component attached to the vertebral body above and below the replaced intervertebral disc respectively, with the joint implant integrated into the translatable surfaces. Following implantation, precise positioning of the joint implant within the intervertebral space with respect to the spinal axis is then adjusted based upon the particular anatomical and functional needs of the individual patient to satisfy spinal range of motion and stability requirements.

    Abstract: A system for implanting an expandable interbody implant into an intervertebral space includes an elongated tool, the distal end of which is removably securable to the implant. The proximal end of the tool has an attachment interface for detachable securement to a plurality of different modules, each of which is adapted to effectuate a different function of the delivery system. The different functions include: grasping the implant delivery tool, providing an impaction surface for driving the advancement of the implant, supplying a graft material into the implant, and actuating the expansion of the implant. One of the modules may include a fluid delivery system for supplying hydraulic fluid to expand the implant. A fluid reservoir of the fluid delivery system may be oriented transverse to the cannula that delivers the fluid to the implant. A grafting block can be used to help pre-pack the implant with graft material.

    Abstract: A multi-portal method for treating a subject's spine includes distracting adjacent vertebrae using a distraction instrument positioned at a first entrance along the subject to enlarge an intervertebral space between the adjacent vertebrae. An interbody fusion implant can be delivered into the enlarged intervertebral space. The interbody fusion implant can be positioned directly between vertebral bodies of the adjacent vertebrae while endoscopically viewing the interbody fusion implant using an endoscopic instrument. The patient's spine can be visualized using endoscopic techniques to view, for example, the spine, tissue, instruments and implants before, during, and after implantation, or the like. The visualization can help a physician throughout the surgical procedure to improve patient outcome.

    Abstract: A holder for intervertebral foramen endoscope fusion includes an inner rod, an anti-torsion sleeve and an outer sleeve which are sleeved from inside to outside and are movable relatively along an axial direction. The inner rod is configured for pushing the expanding part inside a fusion cage. A head end of the anti-torsion sleeve is provided with an external thread section, the external thread section is configured for matching and connecting with the screw plug mounting hole of a holding body of the fusion cage, and the tail end of the anti-torsion sleeve is provided with a matching structure for matching with the bone grafting funnel. A head end of the outer sleeve is matched with the holding body of the fusion cage to restrict the rotation of the fusion cage along an axis of the fusion cage. The handle assembly can pivot about the pivot pin between a first position and a second position.
