Abstract: A display substrate, a display device and a fabrication method are disclosed. The display substrate includes: a base substrate, having a first light-emitting region, a second light-emitting region and a transparent region, where an orthographic projection of the transparent region on the base substrate does not overlap an orthographic projection of the first light-emitting region on the base substrate and an orthographic projection of the second light-emitting region on the base substrate; and a light-emitting member, located on a side of the base substrate and including a bottom-emitting light-emitting unit located in the first light-emitting region and a top-emitting light-emitting unit located in the second light-emitting region.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a manufacturing method of a display device includes forming a first conductive oxide layer, forming a first metal layer at a first pressure, forming a second metal layer at a second pressure, forming a second conductive oxide layer, forming a resist having a predetermined shape, etching the second conductive oxide layer using the resist as a mask, retracting an end portion of the second metal layer relative to an end portion of the second conductive oxide layer and an edge of a lower surface of the first metal layer by etching the second metal layer and the first metal layer using the resist as a mask, etching the first conductive oxide layer using the resist as a mask, and removing the resist.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a display apparatus having high display quality is provided. A method for manufacturing a display apparatus including first to third insulators, first and second conductors, and first and second EL layers is provided. The first conductor is formed over the first insulator, and the second insulator is formed over the first insulator and over the first conductor. A first opening portion reaching the first conductor is formed in the second insulator. A sacrificial layer is formed over the second insulator and over a bottom surface of the first opening portion, and a resist is applied over the sacrificial layer. Light exposure and development are performed on the resist, so that a second opening portion reaching the sacrificial layer is formed in a region overlapping with the first conductor. A third opening portion is formed in a region of a bottom surface of the second opening portion, and the first EL layer is formed over the resist, over the sacrificial layer, and over the first conductor. Then, the resist and the sacrificial layer are removed, whereby the first EL layer over the resist and over the sacrificial layer is removed. The second EL layer is formed over the first EL layer and over the second insulator, and the second conductor and the third insulator are formed in order over the second EL layer.

Abstract: An organic light emitting diode and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display panel are provided. The organic light emitting diode includes an anode layer, a hole transport layer, and a hole injection layer located between the anode layer and the hole transport layer. The hole injection layer has a work function of which a value increases in a direction from the anode layer toward the hole transport layer, and thus, an injection barrier between the anode layer and the hole transport layer is reduced and thereby improving the luminescent efficiency of the organic light emitting diode.
