    摘要: A liquid composite spring for vehicles includes: a core shaft; an outer sleeve arranged on an upper portion of the core shaft, the upper portion of the core shaft being located inside the outer sleeve while the lower portion of the core shaft being located outside the outer sleeve; an upper liquid chamber formed in an upper portion of the outer sleeve, a lower end of the upper liquid chamber being connected to a top of the core shaft; and a lower liquid chamber formed in a lower portion of outer sleeve, the lower liquid chamber and the upper liquid chamber being connected with each other through a metal-rubber main spring. At least one flow channel body is provided in the metal-rubber main spring, so that liquid in the upper liquid chamber and liquid in the lower liquid chamber are communicated with each other through the flow channel body.

    摘要: A hydraulic composite bushing, a flow channel for same, and a method for forming the flow channel, wherein the hydraulic composite bushing includes: a core shaft; a rubber member, arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the core shaft and provided with two recesses diametrically opposite to each other; two support rings arranged around the rubber member; and an outer casing press-fitted on the support rings from a radially outer side thereof through interference fit. The outer casing covers the recesses to form two hydraulic chambers for accommodating hydraulic fluid between the rubber member and the outer casing, and the support ring is provided with a flow channel for the hydraulic fluid, so that two hydraulic chambers are in communication with each other via the flow channel. A sealing device is provided at a connection between the outer casing and each of the recesses to seal each hydraulic chamber.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a hydraulic bushing, including a main spring and a cylindrical outer housing. The main spring comprising: a core shaft; a first rubber body arranged on an outer wall of the core shaft, wherein two liquid chambers diametrically opposite to and spaced from each other are formed on the first rubber body, each liquid chamber extending throughout the first rubber body along an axial direction thereof; and a sleeve mounted on an outer wall of the first rubber body, a groove being formed in an outer wall of the sleeve. The main spring is disposed inside an inner chamber of the outer housing, and a flow channel for connecting the two liquid chambers with each other is formed between the outer housing and the sleeve through the groove.

    摘要: Disclosed is a hydraulic bushing and a rail vehicle. The hydraulic bushing comprises: a core shaft; a sleeve mounted on the core shaft, wherein a first rubber body is filled in a space formed between the core shaft and the sleeve, and a groove is provided on an outer surface of the sleeve; and an outer housing, which is mounted on the sleeve through press fit. Two liquid chambers for accommodating liquids are provided diametrically opposite to each other on the first rubber body, and the groove and the outer housing together define a flow channel, through which the two liquid chambers communicate with each other. Use of the hydraulic bushing on the rail vehicle not only can assure stable operation of the vehicle in a straight running state thereof, but also can reduce abrasion of a wheel and a rail in a curve running state.

    摘要: A hydraulic composite bushing includes: a core shaft, with a continuously spiral fluid channel groove; a rubber member, arranged around the core shaft, and having two recesses formed radially outside of the fluid channel groove and radially opposite to each other; a support ring arranged around the rubber member; an outer cover pressing on the support ring from a radially outer side thereof; and a sealing device provided at each end of a fluid channel tube arranged within the fluid channel groove. Two ends of the fluid channel tube pass through the rubber member radially to extend into two hydraulic chambers respectively, with the hydraulic chambers in communication with each other through the fluid channel tube. One end of the sealing device is arranged inside the flow channel groove and the other end thereof passes through the rubber member to extend into the hydraulic chambers.
