摘要: A device for the positioning of an adjustment element dependent upon a desired level and the actual level, particularly for the adjustment of a hoist gear train of a tractor, a combine or the like, has an operating circuit 10, which has a multi-way valve 3 pressure-operated in two directions, and a control circuit 29 for the operation of the multi-way valve, connected to a pressure source 19, which is connected to two control devices 11, 12 of the multi-way valve. Circuit 29 has two adjustable series-connected throttles 22, 24, connected to one of the two control devices. The first throttle 24 is also connected to a tank 7 and the second throttle 22 is also connected to pressure source 19. Both throttles have the same maximum flow-through cross section, and are adjustable in the same manner. Third and fourth throttles 27, 28 are provided, one being between the pressure source and control device 11, and the other between the control device and tank 7. The third and fourth throttles 27, 28 are each adjustable throttles, so that both control devices of the multi-way valve can be influenced as desired. The throttles are mounted in series and have the same flow-through cross section and are adjustable in the same manner. The maximum flow-through cross section of the third and fourth throttles is selected in the same manner as the flow-through cross section of the first and second throttles.

摘要: Connected to a pressure conduit are a plurality of fixed displacement pumps and a variable displacement pump which are connectable and disconnectable in accordance with the amount of fluid withdrawn. The maximum delivery rate of the variable displacement is greater than the delivery rate of each fixed displacement pump. For the minimum and maximum delivery rate of the variable displacement pump two switching points are defined at each of which a fixed displacement pump is connected or disconnected. This gives a reliable fluid supply of the pressure conduit without any danger of erroneous switchings.

摘要: The invention relates to an electrically activated two-way throttle valve. The opening stroke of the valve piston is determined by an electrical desired value. To control the valve a circuit is provided to obtain a predetermined flow relation in response to the valve member position. According to the invention the pressure difference prevailing at the valve is measured. The pressure differential signal is exponentiated with an exponent. The product of this exponential function and of an input signal defines the desired value for the valve member position. By selecting different values for the exponent, the volume of flow in response to the valve member position is adjusted to an optimum and still further a variety of valve functions may be obtained to operate the valve as flow controlled or pressure controlled for example.

摘要: A pressure control valve arrangement includes a control slide valve body which is slidably accommodated in a central bore of a valve housing. The control slide valve body is acted upon at one of its axial sides by the controlled pressure, and at its other axial side by a tappet of a proportional electromagnet. The proportional magnet has a magnet housing which is rigidly connected to the valve housing. To provide a pressure control valve arrangement in which the accuracy of the pressure control is not influenced by disturbing factors, a pressure indicator is accommodated in the magnet housing; at least the pressure-responsive member of the pressure indicator is acted upon by the controlled pressure, which is supplied thereto through a connecting bore in the magnet housing and a part of the central bore of the valve housing in which the controlled pressure prevails. A connecting line of the pressure indicator is lead to the exterior of the magnet and valve housings for derivation of the measured value therefrom. The measured value may then be compared with a reference value, and the result of the comparison may be used for controlling the coil of the proportional magnet, possibly after amplification.
