Abstract: Cable binder for vehicles, cable-binding assembly comprising the binder, and vehicle lamp with the assembly. The binder comprises a body for attachment to the vehicle and a strip for binding cables which is fixed to the body. The strip can be closed into a loop for binding the cables using a securing mechanism. The body comprises a mounting protrusion for insertion into an opening in a vehicle. The mounting protrusion comprises a poka-yoke element for engaging with a complementary poka-yoke element in the vehicle's opening and comprises at least one fin for bracing against a wall surrounding the vehicle's opening. Abstract: A method of setting up a joining device for joining a cover lens to a housing of a vehicle lighting device. The joining device features a mounting fixture and a robot with a suction head, The method features at least the following steps: inserting a housing into the mounting fixture and a cover lens into the suction head; transferring the suction head to an initial joining pose; joining the cover lens to the housing with the suction head in the initial joining pose; measuring the pose of the cover lens relative to a reference-point system, which comprises reference points on the surface of the housing and/or the cover lens; determining a set of translations and/or rotations, which transfer the cover lens to an optimal pose with minimal deviations from a target pose; and correcting the initial joining pose of the suction head with the determined set of translations and/or rotations.

Abstract: An assembly for non-detachable connection of plastic parts for a car is provided. The assembly includes at least one set of pairs of complementary fastening elements. One element from each pair is rigidly connected to a first part, and a second element from the same pair is rigidly connected to a second part. The second element is at least partially inserted into the first element from the same pair. One element from each pair includes a protruding portion and a slot dividing the protruding portion into at least two segments. A second element from the same pair includes a recessed portion and a partition extending into the recessed portion. In each pair, the protruding portion is inserted into the recessed portion and the partition is inserted into the slot. The fastening elements further include protrusions and recesses for mutual engagement and connection of the parts to be connected.

Abstract: A lighting device for vehicles with a number of light sources, a number of reflectors reflecting the light emitted by the light sources into a specified main reflection direction, a number of diffusers scattering the light emitted by the light sources and a lens which is disposed in main reflection direction in front of the reflector and the diffuser.
